In the past, Nordicware made fancy-shaped bundt pans that are silver on the outside, but black nonstick on the inside. I have several of these, including a Bavaria pan. Do you recommend lowering the temperature for this type of combination light/dark pan as well? Also, is Pam for Baking not recommended because it contains flour?
