Great, looks not so much. Wondering how much heavy weather humidity affects the dough...? Also, made it in my breadmaker like I always do. Made this recipe several times with great success. Weigh flour etc checked when mixing, kneading and it was perfect but when I opened the machine..different results... what are we missing?
All my ingredients are fresh, I bake almost daily.
