Hi! I love this pizza dough recipe :) I had a friend ask if I could make him some pizza dough BUT with wheat flour instead of AP. Can I sub King Arthur wheat flour in this recipe? Would I use the same amount of flour as specified or will I need to adjust the flour and water ratios if I change the type of flour?
