I made this last night for dinner and topped it with my homemade alfredo sauce (which I thickened so it wouldn't run) thawed cooked shrimp, a handful of baby spicnach (stems removed) and a handful of cooked spaghetti squash. Topped it all with a mix of mozzarella, asiago and mild cheddar. My husband who is a devoted tomato sauce/pepperoni guy couldn't get enough of my Shrimp Alfredo Pizza and kept telling me how good it was. I would add photos but don't see that is an option here.
