Love finding new ways to use up discard starter and can't wait to try this! Quick question: what temperature is "hot tap water"? I don't feel very comfortable using hot water from the tap for cooking or baking, so I'll make some with a mix of boiled and cold tap water, but a ballpark temp to aim for would be great. Thanks!
