I but a cheese combo from gfs that is a mix of provolone and mozzarella. It looks like pellets and comes in a five pound bag. No additives to keep from sticking together. It freezes beautifully! Just take out enough for your pizzas du jour, reseal the bag and toss it bag in the freezer. I love the provolone.
