I've done this recipe several times. I love the taste and texture of this crust. I'm going to try something a little different with it this time. Instead of the traditional pizza toppings. I'm planning to seal the crust with butter, then sprinkle cinnamon/sugar on it. For cheese I think a ricotta would be nice. When it comes out of the oven topping it with fresh fruit. Say blueberries or peaches.
