The first time I made this bread, I made it using the round cookie cutters. There was so much wasted dough. The second time I made it, I rolled it out into a large square and cut the dough into 3 1/2" squares. There was very little waste and I got 12 sections per loaf instead of the 10 when using the round cutters.
