Our flour has some of the strictest standards in the industry to ensure that bakers see excellent results in their baking and can expect consistent results time after time. Plus, our flour isn't bleached or bromated. We age our flour naturally so that it retains nutrients and flavor often lost during the bleaching process that other companies use to hasten their flour's readiness for market.
