Hi Averill, I love that I get to learn about new innovations from our readers! This is the first time I've ever heard of this product, but the results look promising. It seems to rely on the same principle of pouring water into a hot pan, but the channels may cause the steam to be dispersed a little more gradually and more evenly throughout the oven? I think I'll wait until there are more reviews, and perhaps an American distributor? Barb
