Hi Hrlemn, sadly, most crusty breads will tend to soften when exposed to humidity, or when you store them in plastic bags (which you may need to do for selling them at the Farmer's Market). It may be helpful to bake them a little longer, or allow them to cool in the turned off oven with the door propped open. And you might consider including instructions for "refreshing" your loaves by spraying them with water and putting them in a 350°F oven for about 5-10 minutes. Since I'm not familiar with the size and type of loaves you are baking, you may want to experiment to see how much time and at what temperature works best for refreshing your loaves. Barb
