I love this recipe. I make it with 100% whole wheat flour, sometimes substituting apple sauce for some of the oil, sometimes reducing the brown sugar amount. It's always moist and delicious. https://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/whole-grain-banana-bread-recipe
