Sharon, it is also my favorite although I have the hard back version and it is almost split! I use buttermilk instead of the lemon juice and find it works well and twice the walnuts chopped fine. It is a hit on Sundays at church and I make it in the KAF 10" loaf pan well greased. Gloria
