Love this history of banana bread! For years, I've been using a recipe I found online where much of the bread is mixed in a blender. Instead of baking the bread into a loaf, I make muffins. Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack. Very easy recipe, too. I taught my little great niece how to make them. I'm going to be using your recipe the next time I bake banana bread. Thanks so much.
