I am choosing to refrigerate my dough overnight for the No-Knead Dough recipe instead of baking after the first 2 hour rise. How long before I preheat the Dutch Oven should I take the dough out of the refrigerator to rise? Does the dough have to be completely room temperature before preheating the DO? I've had some doughs take close to 2 hours to come to room temperature.
