This was a tasty recipe. I’ve never had any of the King Arthur recipes fail, thanks for the reliability!
I added a 1/4 cup of homemade Greek yogurt, and 1 cup of whole-wheat flour, making my doughball weigh 2lbs 10 oz. It needed the extra 10 minutes as was suggested earlier. A perfect birthday lunch with Brie cheese and jalapeño jelly.
