Hi Jen, you could still make a two-pound loaf in your larger Dutch oven, but if you'd like to make a larger loaf, I think this sized Dutch oven could hold up to 2 1/2 pounds of dough. For a larger loaf the baking time may be a bit longer, but maybe only 5 minutes longer, so check at the time recommended and reset the timer from there.
