The Crusty White Bread recipe says the dough should be made four 400g or three 540g pieces.
in this blog it says, “When you’re ready to bake, measure out a two-pound ball of dough.”?!
The entire recipe uses grams but here you use pound! When I googled the dough weight conversion online, it was all over the place, some said amount of the flour, some said it is 900 grams. I am not sure why the recipe can’t consistently use the same measurement.
Can you tell me how many ounces of dough out of this recipe equals 2 lb.?
