Hi Kary
Once our loaf has cooled enough to safely handle “bare handed” we cut the round loaf in half We then cut one of those large pieces in half again, we then turn the 1/4 loaf on one of the flat sides and cut our slices for toast, sandwiches whatever. When we eat meals that have the kind of juices we like to dunk, we cut the loaf into personal size wedges
