If you do use the le crusted make sure you switch out the Bakelite (black) handle for the pot lid for a stainless steel one. It’s the handle that drives the lower temp requirement on the le cruset. The le cruset works well, but now I’m keen to try this new shape as it should leave enough height for a rounded loaf
