As Sasha stated above, I also purchased the Staub 4-Qt glass lid Dutch oven from your site for baking bread. While cooking at 400° and extending the baking time 5-10 minutes, is the baking time extended prior to removing the lid or after removing the lid in the final baking period? Thank you!
