I just bought the Staub 4-quart cocotte with the glass lid from you specifically to make no-knead bread. However, I learned that the lid should not go into an oven larger than 400 degrees, while the recipe calls for 450 degrees. Would there be a problem using foil for a lid, or a lower oven temperature for baking?
