Hi Kirsten! A 2qt Dutch oven would be a bit small for a dough containing more than 3 cups of flour. I would recommend dividing a larger recipe in half if you were keen to bake in this smaller Dutch oven. The bake time will be reduce by around 30-40% but the baking temperature will remain the same.
