Hi Marley, it depends a little on what recipe you're making, as different recipes will rise differently. I would expect that you could put between 1- 1 1/2 lbs (454-680g) of dough in your pot, which is a smallish standard loaf. It may take a little experimenting with different recipes to see what amount of dough works best.
