Linda December 22, 2021 at 2:35pm I have 3 Dutch ovens, but when I use my Lodge black cast iron Dutch oven instead of the enameled ones, the bottom of the bread becomes almost burned. Should I try preheating at a lower temp? I place the bread in along with the parchment. Reply
