Hi. I made the No Knead Crusty White Bread in my Dutch oven. For the most part it turned out pretty good, except when I slid my hand under the parchment and turned the dough over into the pot, per your instructions, well it really plopped in there, and I think it kind of deflated it. It came out kind of flattened, not nice round and raised up. Any ideas on how I could more gently get the dough in there so it won’t deflate? Thank you!
