I love baking bread but had never used a dutch oven. OMG what an absolutely beautiful bread it produced! I baked my typical sourdough bread recipe that I make at least once a week and couldn't believe how it was transformed, it was like the pictures in this blog comparing baking on a pan vs dutch oven. Thanks so much for the information.
