My enameled dutch oven (calphalon- I think the line was discontinued) says it's nonstick but I'm anxious about just how nonstick it will be against bread dough, so I've always used a parchment sling. I really don't like the look- the dough is always fluted around the edges. Has anyone had luck have bread release just with oil from a nonstick dutch oven?
