Lynn Harman March 30, 2021 at 4:38pm I’m struggling with what to put my dough in to rise, as I want it similar to the Dutch oven shape. I feel like if it rises in too big a pan it will lose much shaping when transferred to the Dutch oven. Any suggestions? Reply
