Whenever I bake the sourdough bread in my dutch oven the bottom seems to get a little too well done. I have been putting dough on parchment paper. Would the oil and cornmeal be better. Last time I lowered the temp to 425 and it still is slightly too hard on bottom. My husband loves it but it makes it difficult to slice nicely. FYI - the loaves come out beautiful otherwise. Tasty and well risen.
