It can help to shape the boule tighter but that's a bit tricky with no-knead bread because the dough is so sticky. You might also try using a brotform or greasing a bowl and placing your dough in there, seam side up, for the final rise before baking, this will provide a bit of stucture and encourage the dough to rise upwards a bit more. Once the dough has finished its second rise in the bowl or form, you can turn it out onto a piece of parchment paper and then lower the loaf into the Dutch oven. We hope this helps!
