I used the No-Knead Crust White Bread recipe - came out perfect! I make it on Sunday, let it chill out (ha) in the fridge for a few days, then used this Dutch Oven method on Wed night. We had it with Thanksgiving dinner, snacks, breakfast... so many ways to enjoy this and it was sooooo good! Like they said, it will get more tangy the longer it sits. Soft and chewy, with a beautiful crust (taste and looks)!
Note: I used a 7.5qt DO and it made a huge round of bread! There were only 2 of us, so it would have been nice to have divided it and used the smaller DO 2x.
