Hi, I just made my first sour dough bread in a Dutch oven. It’s very beautiful but pretty dense. Not the light delicious loaf I had envisioned. I used the rustic sour dough recipe. Is it a practice makes perfect thing or do you have tips. The starter looked good. Thank you, Rhoda
