Connie Holmes November 3, 2020 at 10:08am I bought a stoneware bowl with the intent of making round sourdough bread. It doesn’t have a lid. I also have an Emile Henry Bread Loaf Baker with holes. If the stoneware bowl isn’t a good choice, using the Emile Henry baker, should I preheat that? Reply
