Hi there, Philip! You're right, the No-Knead Crusty White Bread is a pretty sticky dough but changing that water to flour ratio too much will change the flavor of your bread. We have a couple of suggestions for remedying this. You can try lightly spraying the parchment with pan spray before putting the dough on it to see if that helps. Or you could try out the technique that Maurizio outlines in our Transferring bread dough blog article. With that technique, you lower the shaped dough into the preheated baking vessel using the parchment paper as a sling. We hope this helps!
