Hi! I’m so excited to make some crusty Dutch-oven bread for the first time. The only problem is my family doesn’t eat a lot of bread, and we don’t have neighbors to give extras away. My questions for you are: why are recipes with 4-5 cups of flour better, and is there a way to scale down a batch for a single loaf without comprising on quality? Love everything you do here. Thanks!
