I want to make King Arthur's Rustic Sourdough Bread or Extra Tangy Sourdough Bread in a 4 quart dutch oven. Both recipes use 5 cups flour. From previous comments I am thinking recipes with 4 cups flour make a 2-pound loaf. Will these King Arthur recipes make 1 or 2 loaves in a 4 quart dutch oven? Thanks.
