Hi LT, there is helpful information about seasoning on the Emily Henry website and I believe in the pamphlet that comes with the pot, but you can find it on the site at the bottom where it says "Before Use." For super sticky doughs, you can also always put some parchment in, be it a round piece just for the bottom or some strips that go up the sides and act as a sling that you can lift the loaf out with.
