Received the bread pot for Mothers day. followed the instructions and it worked beautifully! I used the no-knead white bread recipe, allowed to rise in fridge overnight and baked this morning. The recipe produced 3 1/2 lbs of dough. I used 2lb in the pot and cooked the 1 1/2 left over as usual on a baking stone with parchment. Scored them in the identical star pattern. Asked my husband if he could tell which one I'd cooked in the pot. His answer, "the pretty one!" I have side by side photos but can't tell how to post here.
