I just got this pot and greased it lightly then baked the harvest bread recipe (cold oven start). My bread is really sticking to the pan. I didn't see any instructions in the box or anywhere on EH's site about pre-seasoning it. But now I see a random comment somewhere about milk seasoning it? Is my bread sticking because I didn't take this step that I didn't know I needed to take? Any help appreciated. Thanks!
