My bread bakes really nice from outside, is perfect but then we cut it and is really dense, we have use the recipe for only 1 hour and then we try the same recipe and left it for 18 hours, requires not too much kneading. But still dense, we are using unbleached flour, don't know if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance
