I made the crusty white loaf without problems. When I tried the whole wheat loaf, it didn’t cook through. The outside was crusty. I tried it a second time, baked it 10-15 minutes longer. It still wasn’t done. I followed the recipe, except I threw in a few sunflower seeds.
