Very helpful, except I disagree with one point. Telling people to spray the pot with cooking oil that may smoke is really not a good idea. Heating oil over its smoke point is very unhealthy. Why not just use parchment paper? Or bake it without the cooking oil spray at all - most people don't have a problem with bread sticking to Dutch ovens.
