Does the olive oil give your bread a crispy, golden bottom? Or do you notice that it just helps prevent the bread from sticking? I might be inclined to be heavy-handed with the oil and see if I can get a crisp bottom the next time I bake up a loaf. A little extra crunch and flavor sounds divine! Kye@KAF
