That'll be up to you, Shanan — it depends on what you want the loaf to look like. If you're OK with it being short and wide, you can use the same amount of dough. If you want it to be taller, you'll want to use about 3 pounds of dough rather than 2 pounds. A larger loaf could take a couple of extra minutes in the oven to get the internal temperature of 190°F.
