Just baked my first loaf of this in my Emile potato pot! Used semolina on parchment paper...quite a bit cuz it is a bit humid here at moment.. had oven gloves on to help with transfer into pot...pretty much nailed it....just do it! Gave the pot a jiggle per others and baked for 27 minutes covered in gas oven...10 uncovered. Oh also my first ever cut with lame....again just show it who is boss... Looks beautiful......can’t wait to eat with dinner tonight!
