Tried, again, to make this no knead bread but this time used my dutch oven. As with all the other times, epic fail. Bread is really crusty but didn't rise much at all. flat, chewy, and kind of raw in the middle even though I used all times as described. Everytime I make this no knead bread, I get similar results, it just doesn't rise and says flat. Don't understand......
BTW - flour, yeast, are fresh, water was spot on at 105 degrees.
