I also have the problem of the sticky dough being very difficult to transfer to the dutch oven. I struggle so much with getting it into the pot that the dough gets flattened as if it did not have the second rising! I have seen recipes that suggest baking with the parchment still attached and not removing it during the baking process. Wouldn't removing the paper allow too much steam to be released? I love the recipe but I cannot seem to solve this problem. Please help.
