I made this the other day and I was so pleased with the results! It came out just like your pictures! I loved it. The only thing I did differently is that I added an entire packet of yeast instead of what the recipe called for. I followed every step otherwise. I cut the entire dough amount in half to 1 + lb per loaf and baked the two, one after the other. I did not refrigerate the loaves because I have never had a good experience doing that in the past so I made the dough in the morning, divided and let rise a second time while I prepared the dutch oven. Then I just placed the dough with the parchment paper in the pre-heated dutch oven. I brought one hearty loaf to the office with a stick of butter and the entire thing was gone in just a few hours. The other loaf I gave to a friend who was ill and she was so surprised and happy that she couldn't stop thanking me. I will definitely make this again!
