Hi Jack, thanks for your question. We aren't able to make any recommendations or assumptions about your ceramic dish since we don't know the manufacturer or material it's made of. In this case, it's best to use a more gentle baking method such the cold start method. Don't worry — we found you can get equally impressive results using this method.
